Holistic Lifestyle Coaching (HLC) is grounded in the philosophy that your overall wellbeing is a unique combination of physical, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual health. Unlike traditional fitness regimens, which typically address only the physical aspects of your health, HLC is “holistic”—it’s designed to help you bring all areas of your life into beautiful balance.
The word “lifestyle” means that you’re making an ongoing commitment to positive change; you’ve decided to act with more authenticity and accountability in your daily life, even when these actions are small and subtle. And the word “coaching” means you’ll have a compassionate, supportive partner along the way.

What is holistic lifestyle coaching?
It doesn’t matter what your profession is or in what industry you operate your business – you will feel stress, and your lifestyle, diet and habits won’t be as optimal as your business. All of this will affect your overall health and energy.
This program addresses your life from every angle, your regimen can be customized to address your specific goals. One client might want to lose weight and gain the energy to keep up with the kids; another may want to sharpen his or her professional performance and tap into deeper emotions.
Prior to beginning, we’ll discuss the time, energy, and financial resources you’re willing to commit, and your access to any fitness equipment that may be necessary. Then we will craft a comprehensive wellness program to meet your unique needs. Your program starts where you are—and your goals are defined by where you want to be.

Dr Diet
Your Diet forms the cornerstone of every cell in your body. You literally ARE what you eat. Our health & vitality is constantly under attack from the majority of the foods that we eat on a day to day basis – sugar, refined flour, processed foods, alcohol, caffeine to name but a few.
Dr Movement
Movement is life, it is vital that you move your body each and every day but also that you do something that you enjoy. Remember that your body is between 60 &75% water and water that doesn’t flow stagnates & smells. Note that it is Dr Movement not Dr Exercise.

Rest, relaxation & rejuvenation are essential. That is not just resting the body, but the mind too. An overworked mind can totally destroy any progress that the body is trying to make.
Dr Happiness
The Boss! It doesn't matter what any of the others are trying to do if Dr Happiness isn’t at the party the body is going nowhere fast. Open your eyes to things that really matter to you.

IN-PERSON HOLISTIC LIFESTYLE COACHING INCLUDES:

· Initial assessments and tests, Questionnaires to better understand and manage your stresses. Wellness plan including Exercise and physical rehabilitation prescription, self-care maintenance therapy and nutrition and dietary counselling.

· An in-depth, personal analysis of your, current health situation, and objectives.

· Comprehensive Postural and Muscular Skeletal, Core and Spinal Function Assessment (Must be In-Person).

· Fully customized weekly prescriptions for nutrition (including recipes and preparation techniques), breath work, hydration, sleep, supplementation, and recovery.


Each level looks in increasing detail at the underlying causes of disease and stress, using a coaching model, you will learn how disease and stress are preventable through healthy eating habits, lifestyle management and appropriate types of exercise. You will understand why every meal, every bout of exercise and every late night has a hormonal consequence. Just because someone is not sick, does not mean he is well, most chronic diseases take years to develop, but a healthy lifestyle can go a long way toward prevention.

Whether your goals are to solve health challenges, lose weight, or dramatically improve your athletic performance, I work with you to help you achieve your dream by optimizing the foundational principles of health (exercise/movement, sleep/recovery, nutrition, mental health and mindset, breath, and proper hydration). To manage chronic stressors in your daily life. Chronic stressors, including physical, psychological, nutritional, chemical, and electro-magnetic, are often at the root of disease, so managing and mitigating stress dramatically improves quality of life. We will work together to determine and solve potential stressors and toxicities holding you back in life.
· Understand the relationship between the 6 Foundation Health Principles and body-mind stress and learn how to apply these principles to balance your body systems so you can exemplify well-being!
· Show you Zone Exercises as a means of “Working-In” which will show you how to use movement to “create energy” and cultivate the lifeforce needed to effectively express your creativity and Work-Out
· Identify common roadblocks to success with diet and lifestyle modifications and gain simple solutions.
· Know how to implement key concepts of individualised eating.
· Discover how and when to use the “less is more” principle of exercise prescription.
When Will I Start to See Results?
Being truly healthy means taking responsibility for oneself—and coaching can therefore deliver only as much as you are willing to give. My goal is to effectively support your positive behavioural conditioning with strategic expertise and solutions. Within 4–8 weeks, you should develop a deeper understanding of how your body responds to various foods, exercises, and behavioural changes, we will together work to identify the various behaviours that either drain or fill your energy tank—and act accordingly.
